Replying to a Claim Message
Events are used to communicate information to an insurance company. To reply to a claim message sent by an insurance company, use the workfile Events feature.
To reply to a message
- Open the workfile.
- Select the Events tab.
- Select New Event from the toolbar. The New Event screen opens.
- Select Autoverse Message event type from the Event droplist.
- Enter the information as needed.
- Click Save and Close or Save and New.
